I am learning to take everything one day at a time. Heck, even that is a bit much at times.
Anyway.
JC took Jake to a music store a day last week, and after calling to okay it with me, he made a couple of purchases. Jake has been asking for an electric guitar this past year. He's been taking lessons with JC, and he seems to really enjoy it, so he got his electric guitar. :) (I only got one photo because my camera card was full.)
Ian couldn't be left out of the musical gift-giving extravaganza, so JC bought him a drum set. Oh, I have to tell you, I cringed just a teensy bit at the thought of Ian on drums, but you know what? He's GOOD! Truly! He is picking it up so quickly.
I took a few pics of him last night too:
I foresee a lot of ear plugs and Tylenol needed in the near future at my house as the boys continue to make noise, er, I mean music! :)

Looks like my house, but I only have one kid. He has the drums, a keyboard, and is begging for an electric guitar for his birthday in April!
