I was anxious to see my new niece, but I wanted her first day home to be spent with her mom, dad, and sisters, so I waited (not so patiently) until today to meet her.
I stayed with Emma and Logan the morning while Missy and Rob took Abby to the pediatrician. I held her for a few minutes before she left, and when they returned home, I left for a bit and came back later with JC and the boys.
We are all in love! She is such a beautiful little girl! I didn't want to leave. I am so looking forward to spending more time with them when I am on my sabbatical.
