Monday- Whole wheat pasta with pesto sauce and meatballs. Salad. Garlic bread.
Tuesday- Coke chicken in the crockpot. {I've made this one before. The entire family loves it! Once the chicken is cooked, we shred it and pair it with a vinegar-based coleslaw on a bun. Yum!}
Wednesday- Crockpot beef stroganoff. This is one of my favorites. only two of us eat mushrooms, so I substitute cram of onion for the cream of mushroom soup. Salad.
Thursday- Leftovers
Friday- Wedding Day for my brother, so dinner will be at the reception. :)
Saturday- Crockpot buffalo chicken sandwiches. {I make this one similar to the coke chicken. Once it is done cooking, I shred the chicken and serve on a bun with ranch dressing.} Corn.
Sunday- Pork chops. {Not sure how we are preparing them yet.} Green beans.
