One Summer's Day Crafts Essential Oil Diffuser Necklace

Lately, I have been spending a lot of time researching the benefits of essential oils. Given the numerous health issues my family is plagued with, I am wanting a more holistic approach to treatment rather than the plethora of medications we have been prescribed over the years.

I own a diffuser, and until recently, that was the only way I used essential oils. Lavender is my go-to oil because it helps me to relax. {Yep. as a mom of two teenaged boys, I tend to stress out. A lot.} I am only now learning about the benefits of applying the oils directly on the skin. My other new favorite way to use my lavender oil is in a necklace.

Seriously. In a necklace.

I had no idea I could actually wear my oils all day in such a fashionable manner. Did you know that?

Additionally, with my beautiful diffuser necklace, I am able to enjoy the therapeutic benefits and aromas of  natural essential oils wherever I go. The open design locket allows the fragrance to flow through, while it also prevents oils from touching my clothing.

It is simple to use as well. I simply open the locket and drop two or three drops of my oil directly on the included clay diffuser. This allows me to enjoy the scent and reap the health benefits of the oil all day long.
