Fitness Friday


I can't put into words how good it feels to be back at the gym! These past months have been horrible. The surgeon finally cleared me for light workouts, and I couldn't be happier! So, back to Planet Fitness I go. :)

I start every workout with a warm-up on the treadmill.  Then, I complete the 30 minute workout. (I feel like this was created just for me, although the steps are a killer.).  I end every workout with a relaxing massage on the Hydrotherapy bed. (Complete bliss.)

I'll keep you posted on my progress.

Fitness Friday


Oh my. I am really not feeling the gym lately. There is just so much going on at home that I am left with very little energy for working out. I know. I know. Good health is a necessity. I can't care for my family if I am sick. Supposedly, working out is supposed to keep one from getting sick so often.   I am making a promise to myself right now that I will go to the gym five days next week. I have to do this.
